I just bought this couch. Why is the foam in the chaise different from the foam in the cushions? It’s hard as a rock.
Oh it’s going “soft” all right as in SAGGING. The Chaise has NOT gotten any softer. It’s a completely different foam than the rest of the couch.
ZERO consistency with this couch.
It’s very pretty but the quality is seriously lacking.

Comfortable, but with some flaws.
Four months in with this couch and overall it looks nice. But the Curious Silverpine fabric is already pilling and not holding up to daily use along with one small dog that likes to hang out on the couch. The bracket that holds the two sections together is also not lined up perfectly so the back of the couch does not sit flush. Not great when the couch is in the center of the living room. It is a comfortable couch though. But might have to replace in 2-3 years.

Sagging cushion and warped back cushion
I bought this couch a little over a year ago. However the couch is in bad shape and I noticed 10 months after purchasing it. Seat Cushions are flat and the 2 ends back cushions (lounger and the other extreme of the couch) are warped. The foam inside black cushions are split in 2 so it divides the back cushion in 2. Unable to fluff it. They don’t sit up straight anymore. Totally deformed.
Seat cushions are flat. The lounger is still good maybe because they are not used as much or it’s a different material. I contacted customer service 3 times now and have been promised that a manager would contact me within 24-48hrs and no one, I mean NO ONE has called me back. Customer service is very nice but no one from the store follows up as print. I will NEVER purchase another piece of furniture from this store. I do not recommend this place.

Cushions/ pillows are horrible! And cheap springs!
My cushions are warped and flat, and the springs are jacked up causing the couch to sink. The couch was still within the warranty that I purchase but I had to get the BBB involved because Living Spaces does not want to honor it. The warranty plans should cover this because it is not normal wear. About 5 months and counting with this and still no resolution. Buyer Beware…

We are very very pleased!! So much room!!
We couldn’t be happier!! After waiting 4 1/2 months for our custom order it arrived today!(we knew this was the time frame when we ordered) This order was made 100% online and we live several states away from a store front. I read through many different reviews on several different styles but the prestige style was the one I was drawn to even with having the fewest reviews, I’m so glad we went with it! The comfort is exactly what we were hoping for!!! Our custom color is Bravado Char for the couch, this couch is Roomy!! EvenThe ottoman is huge!! Way bigger then I expected. We have 3 young boys so we will be happy if it can with stand them! We did purchase the warranty plan just in case! Will update after sometime. But as of today we couldn’t be happier!

Living Spaces is Horrible.
The sofa arrived 22 weeks after I placed my order (quoted 7-9 weeks) and was damaged. A metal spike was sticking out the side and there were several tears in the fabric. The packing for shipping was inadequate.
My experience with their customer service in trying to get the damaged sofa fixed or replaced was horrible. They stopped responding to emails and was told I would be called back multiple times and was never called back. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Couch great, but color is not accurate
I bought this couch 3 months ago and it was finally delivered. It’s a great couch, but the color I ordered is completely different than what is shown. The color Dalton Charcoal is a blue/gray color and definitely not a true charcoal color. I’m very disappointed with it and it just doesn’t go with my decor. I love this couch, but very upset with the color being so different.

Poor Quality
I purchased this sofa in grey on 10/2020. I received it 02/2021. It was the worst craftsmanship I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The chase was scratched up, the sofa was poorly made, pillows were not firm and the stitching was horrible. Therefore, LS committed to delivering quality product agreed to remake a new sofa. Big mistake, very big mistake, huge… to trust LS would do Quality Control since they messed up the fist time. NOPE! I received my newly custom made sofa end of 05/2021… Better looking chase as far as no damage to chase and stitching was much better. BUT ALL of the pillows on the Entire sofa SINK In,. The Chase pillow hangs completely over the Frame, which is a dangerous hazard. The worst part is the pillows fold and sink in… They are flimsy and make my bottom hurt. My back hurts, too. This sofa is so uncomfortable… I totally REGRET this very EXPENSIVE Purchase.I want and Deserve showroom Quality!
