Huge dissatisfaction
I bought this couch in march 2023. It’s awful. Did not last. So expensive. The material I chose looked firm but it is just destroyed. We don’t have any heavy people. It’s three of us and it looked run down. The feathers make it feel amazing but they constantly poke out. The material used to keep them in tact is what’s causing it to get disfigured. I’m so upset. And there’s nothing we can do about it. Just money lost. Not worth it. Believe me. Do not buy this couch no matter how comfy it is when you see it in store. I constantly have to try and fluff them. Unless you’re a single person that will have it for luxury and minimal use. Don’t get this.

Best Couch I’ve Ever Had!!!
I bought this couch 3 years ago. We had some issues with delivery in the beginning but once we got it, it’s been great to us. It’s honestly the most comfortable couch I’ve ever had. I was shocked to read some of the bad reviews. My friends and family always talk about how it’s the best couch too. Whenever i have friends or family over we all cuddle on here, it can fit 8-10 people depending on how big or small you are. This couch got me through some late post partum nights with my baby too. I’ve never experienced pilling. There’s the occasional feather sticking out here and there but that’s to be expected with any down cushion. It’s not horrible enough to even point out but i saw some other reviews exaggerating about it. I’ve washed the cushions regularly to make sure it stays clean and lasts. I honestly could go on and on about this couch and how much i love it. I highly recommend!!

I've had this sectional for less than a year and it already looks terrible. First off I had huge issues with delivery. Part of the sectional came in the wrong color and it took months to fix. The couch is pilling terribly and we are very tidy and clean, even with depilling it constantly it looks bad. The cushions are NOT washable which no one told us in the store, just that the fabric is easy to spot clean (it isn't). The feathers are annoying but not the worst thing about this sofa honestly. I'm sure if you had a higher traffic home it would be worse. I'll be paying off this couch for a while but hate it so much I'm already looking for a new one.

Couch is comfy but DOES NOT LAST
I bought this couch because my brother has the same one and I LOVE his. He purchased his about 3 years ago. I just got mine two months ago. First, the chaise part came damaged so they had a new piece sent out to me and refused to take the old piece with them so now I am stuck figuring out how to get rid of the old piece. Second, the cushions are sinking and piling SO BADLY. It looks like we've had the couch for ten years. My brothers does not look like this at all. I submitted a claim and asked for some help and they told me there is nothing they can do. This is a very expensive couch and DOES NOT LAST and worst than that, customer service is absolutely horrible. After budgeting and saving to get the perfect couch I feel taken advantage of. I am so disappointed that they will not help rectify this situation at all. Will never order from this company again. I'd avoid this couch if I were you.

Ok- we purchased this couch roughly a year ago...We still really love it. Its so comfortable! We tried pretty much every couch on the market and for us down was the way to go. Much more comfortable than foam and we didn't want leather. The downside is that it expels feathers. Not an issue for us. You also have to fluff the cushions occasionally. Again, not an issue for us. We have several dogs as well that we allow on the couch so we have to cover it but for us the money we spent on this couch was totally worth it! Most comfortable couch in this price range

Poor quality. Saggy cushions and feathers all over
Have had this couch for about two years and noticed that a few months ago the cushions just sag under you making it so uncomfortable to sit on. There are so many feathers escaping everyday as well. Basically unless you are fluffing the pillows every 5 minutes the couch will not only be uncomfortable to sit on but will also look like crap. Having spent multiple thousands of dollars on this couch I expected it to last more than just a year or two. Very very disappointed in the quality
