On the Pierce Natural Console, what is the color of the metal? Are they attached or do we have to attach them as I was thinking of spray painting black

Simple, solid and sturdy. Love the clean lines. Drawers glide smoothly. Nice dark brown color that goes with alot. My only compliant which doesn't reflect the piece itself is that they didn't tell me I would have to put it together myself. It was easy enough as really I only had to attach the legs and the bottom shelf but it was just unexpected when the delivery people just dumped off this large box in my living room.
