Sourced from the Republic of Panama, the teak is FSC-certified, meaning it comes from a responsibly managed forest that meets strict environmental, social and economic standards. Teak is naturally resistant to weather and insects, making it a perfect choice for your backyard patio. The wood boasts a warm golden-brown color that develops a silver-grey patina over time. It has been treated with a water-based sealer, and it should be treated every six months to maintain the original color as much as possible. The chair's cozy foam cushion is upholstered in a water-repellant 10K double-rub rated fabric.
