Missing parts, missing assembly instructions
I bought this twin over twin bunk bed with storage trundle. The boxes arrived but some hardware of the frames was missing, and all the hardware and the assembly instructions from the trundle were missing. I reached out customer services several times. The frame hardware took more than three weeks to arrive. More than one month after boxes arrived, the "storage trundle" are a bunch of boards and wood. Customer service personal has always been kind and respectfully, but they just don't have the tools to provide the support they want. I could suggest paying the extra buck for them to assembly everything for you, and if any missing part just not receive the product at all.

Looks great but totally unstable!
We purchased this as an inexpensive option for our kids. The entire bed shakes from side to when our 7 year old climbs on the top bunk. It consistently wakes up our other child because of the wobbling. It honestly seems unsafe! We’ve tightened all the bolts and secured everything but still wobbles.

It's ok.
It's a nice bunkbed. Wasn't the first choice. Was unhappy that the salesperson didn't mention we needed bunny boards. For a weekly kids slept on mattresses that were almost falling through.
