In addition to a machine-cut fully padded frame that’s strong and long-lasting, it includes seat cushions that contain foam for a balance of support and softness. An especially handy feature, the cushions also boast rings that help clip them in place.

Shoddy manufacturing, terrible customer experience
MISLEADING ADVERTISING - BUYER BEWARE. This couch has a significant manufacturing defect - a large, uneven, bumpy, wavy seam that is extremely visible running across the chaise. Anyone would look at this and think it's a manufacturing defect because it looks so bad. Reached out to customer support and they're claiming it is not a defect, in spite of the fact that it's not visible at all in the online images and we looked at this piece in person and it wasn't visible there either. We would never have bought this couch if we had seen this line - it looks terrible. We should at a minimum be receiving waived fees for the return, but Living Spaces will not honor that request. They should have marked this an "as-is" item because of how bad this looks. It's clearly an error and I'm really disappointed, and will never purchase from Living Spaces again.

Not well crafted
This item was not well crafted, it seemed as if it was really good quality but when I looked at the corners where the seems are, I could see the inside coming out, and the lining of the back was also coming off. The rep offered to replace but I was afraid that I would receive the next item the same way.

Perfect sofa
Perfect sofa, but large. Make sure you measure before purchasing. I wanted a deep and wide sofa and that’s what I got. It’s a medium firmness and I love the texture of the material. It’s not scratchy nor soft, but exactly what I was looking for.

It is a pretty beige, sturdy and comfy. It fits our family of 5 comfortably. Comes with 5 pillows and they are a good size. The back of of the couch is tall so it feels more cozy and big. The chaise is wide and comfortable. It was an easy payment process with the living spaces credit card. Delivery was fast and easy also!
