Almost great.
The couch itself is good but the feet were almost impossible to correctly attach to the couch. The angle of the feet and the holes the bolts go through isn’t appropriate. They need to be spaced much further away from the feet. It’s almost impossible to access one of the four bolts. Also the tolerances of the threads and the bolts seemed poor as some were very hard to screw into the frame. With these fixed to the feet the rates would go up to a 4/5. Only other complaint is how easy it is to bend the locking mechanism of the sectional causing too big of a gap between the cushions.

Great design and fabric, horrible assembly
Installing the legs took us over 3 hours. The holes for the screws had a metal guide inside and they were all crooked with the exception of maybe 3-4 out of 32 total screws (8 legs). Many of the screws are still only half way in. The fabric, design and comfort are surprisingly good but what should be a very simple assembly (instructions say 5-15 minutes to set it all up) was a total nightmare.

Needed a couch in a pinch also could buck out a lot either. This couch surprised me a lot! It’s sturdy very well built the material is wonderful and easy to clean the cushions are firm but soft at the same time.

Pretty couch but terrible assembly
We just finished installing the legs in this sofa. Everywhere it said that assembly would take 5-15 minutes. It’s taken us over 3 hours to install 8 legs!!!! I read some reviews saying one or two screws didn’t go in, and I thought it was a matter of luck but no, almost every hole was misaligned and the holes in the plate holding the legs are too narrow. Some of the screws didn’t go all the way through no matter what we did (we are used and have assembled loads of furniture over the years) so we will need to have a technician come and finish fixing it to make it safe to sit on… that’s whenever we manage to contact customer service, because the automated answering service told me to contact the store, except I bought it online. This is our first time buying from Living Spaces and, al in all, we are very disappointed with the basic quality and lack of responsive customer service. The 2 stars are because it’s pretty but so not worth the time spent with the legs.
