Depends on how you set it up. Standard couch does not recline in the middle.

Good couch, good price, highly recommend
Ordered this couch when the recliner mechanism on my old loveseat broke. Really liked the idea of the power controlled recliners and being able to adjust the back/head piece separate from the feet. We love how adjustable the recliners are. The couch looks nice and is a good size. It is a little firm but may soften up over time. The seat is not very deep, which is not too bad for me but a bit short for my husband but is ok with the footrest extended. Was very easy to assemble, although needed to be taken out of the box to get it in the door. Was nervous buying a couch online but since Covid, didn't want to shop in stores and stock availability has been so limited, part of our choice for this was the availability, and it came sooner than it was estimated. Overall happy with the purchase. Wish the headrest part had a little more of a pillow-top shape feel to it but other than that I've no doubt we'll be enjoying tis couch for years to come. Also we have two cats who are also enjoying it but it's not getting covered in fur because of the leather fabric, and we've had no issues with their claws causing damage so far. The only reason for not a full 5 stars is that as mentioned it is a bit firm, the seat base is not very deep and the headrest area is just flat with no real support for your head, but that is somewhat offset by being able to adjust the back. I thought the headrest was adjustable but it is really the whole back piece that moves.

I like my other couch better
I wish this couch was taller. I like my other couch from living spaces much better but after 2 years the material started to flake and separate and the only reason I replaced it was because it covered with duct tape.

Overall Review
I was hesitant to buy initially as had issues with power reclining chairs from another brand. After looking at many options, decided on this sofa. Came in very quickly and glad I selected in house delivery. The sofa came in a base with three upright back pieces. Appeared solid and plush at the same time. Covered it as we have pets and enjoyed the reclining right away. Very pleased in the cushions and reclining features. The only issue so far is one of the USB ports does not charge my devices, the cord is loose when plugged in; awaiting a claim on it and been way longer then the three business days. Overall a great purchase.

Not a Recliner Sofa Fan Before
Ok, I bought this couch for it's fabric and that my dog's hair doesn't stick on it like my previous microfiber couch. I would spend hours vacuuming that old couch. Fabric is fabulous in that my dogs' nails don't scratch it up either. It can be a bit hot if wearing shorts but I just use a throw. I'm enjoying the reclining too and USB port.

Confortable with USB adaptors for electronics
I love the firmness and confort it has for my lower back.
The bonus is the usb adabtors on both ends for electronics charging.
This reclining sofa has also an adjustment for the head if you don't wish to elevate the head for tv watching among other things.
Over all I love this sofa.

So comfy
My husband and I just love our sofa. It is so comfortable and so easy to raise up and down with the electric push buttons. No more using an arm crank to raise and lower the old kind. Also it has a USB outlet to plug in our phones. So handy when we use the phones so much and don't have to go looking for a cord. We are very happy with our purchase and it will probably be our "forever couch" in our "forever home".
