Nice sofa/good quality for the price ..BUT
Love the look/color of the sofa BUT the fabric was already starting to pill in the first year! It's just me in my home so not like it has excess wear/tear.

LUCY GREY SOFA & My thoughts.
Very nice couch, I purchased it for my 600 sq ft apartment. It fits perfectly as it is a smaller more dense love-seat, but is exactly what I had been looking for. Nevertheless, the price was also an added bonus, I recommend this piece for anyone looking for a smaller cute comfy couch.

Great no hassle couch at a reasonable price!
Great couch at an affordable price. I went and looked at it in the showroom and liked it very much. Exactly what I was looking for. Purchase was easy and made a delivery date appointment. The day of delivery the guys were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Have been enjoying my new couch every since. Great purchase and I would look at Living Spaces again when in the market for additional home furnishings.

Rough surface texture but comfortable
I bought 2 of these and ordered a third sleeper sofa from this same set. I was skeptical because of the rough texture but it's actually very comfortable to sit/lie down in. I'm glad I read the reviews first and took a leap of faith.

Assembly is misleading
Upon delivery the assembly instructions are as noted on the website. Unfortunately using a screwdrive only to attached the legs is impossible. There are no holes predrilled and the wood needing to be penitrated by the screww is so hard there is not means to fully attached the legs without drilling. I was advised to use a powerdrill to screw in, but I do not own one. With an attempt to use just a powerdrill for placement of a hole does not work because the penitrating the fabric will lead to threads wrapping around the drill bit. I have very loose legs because the ability to tighten is not something I have the option to do. I love the couch, and wanted to purchase the ottoman, but not willing based on the poor assembly.
Instructions need to be updated at least by Living Spaces if choosing the self assembly. There should be predrilled holes like any other furniture then a screwdriver would be acceptable.
