The Lodge Velvet 96" Sofa is velvet. Vacuuming will work when removing pet hair.

Hi there! What is the side diagonal for your Mercer Foam Condo sofa? (It says 44x86x36, but when I went to the store, I got 33” on this sofa, as well as the Parker and Lodge? Help please!
Because the Lodge Velvet 96" Sofa has a pitched back the total depth is 36” as that is how the overall depth of the piece is at its longest point.

Is the ottoman completely level with the sofa seat or is it a little shorter in height?
According to countless hours with customer service and several exchanges due to the height not being 20” high as listed on the tags and description, Living Spaces stated that they (manufacturer) fall within a 4” margin of variance. It will come between 16” to 18” high (seat of the sofa and loveseat is 20” high).

We do not recommend machine washing the cushion and pillow covers on the Lodge Velvet 96" Sofa, we recommend spot cleaning only.

Say yes to the couch!
My parents have the sectional version of this couch so of course when it was time for me to move out in my own, I went and got the apartment friendly version because I knew I would love it! And as per usual, it blew my expectations especially considering I got it in a custom color. It’s comfortable and cute therefore totally worth my money!
