Can extra chairs be purchased?
The sales person told us that the chairs are not sold separately. You have to buy a different style.

Are the seats covered in a white, cream or grey fabric?
The one in the store looked white/cream. The picture on the internet site looks dark.
It is a darker cream color. Kind of like coffee mocha color. I'm not good with explaining colors.

Comfortable dining set!
We purchased this dining set for our new home! It arrived quickly, I chose to set it up myself. I didn't use the tools included, which would have been sufficient but not as easy as tools from my own set, including a cordless driver. An organizer tray helped keep the hardware from mixing up.
I would recommend that you get the protection plan when you buy, a few pieces of wood on the chairs had some abrasions that removed the finish. This did not happen in shipping, it was packed that way. Living Spaces will be taking care of this, since I bought the protection plan.
I really like the features of the table, the drawers are especially nice. I sat down to eat realizing I forgot a napkin, and my wife opened the drawer in front of me, and it had napkins, and salt and pepper packets! The taller height is nice, and the chairs can be used at the bar in the kitchen!
We've never really been a "sit at the table for dinner" family, but this is comfortable enough and large enough so that we're not sitting on top of each other, that now we tend to use it a lot more often than our old low-style traditional dining room table.

Great kitchen counter height set
Great kitchenette set for our breakfast nook. I like the counter height and the chairs are sturdy for active school aged children.

My favorite item
Of all the items we bought, this one is by far my favorite. I love the size, the color, the drawers, and how easy it is to clean. It is a very sturdy piece of furniture, and we got many compliments on it.
