5 star buy!!!
Love this sofa! We’ve had it for a little over a month and are very pleased. We got the 3pieces with the arms and are happy we did. There’s been minimal cushion movement. The pieces do not hook together and that would be the only disappointment and thing I wish I could change. We still need to place it on an area rug so I’m sure that will help once we do. It’s so comfortable and perfect for lounging. My husband is 6’4” and I’m 5’11” so we love how deep the cushions are and how substantial the sofa is in general. Im glad we spent a little more than originally planned to get such a well made piece of furniture that feels like it will last for years to come.

So comfy!!
I’ve only had the sectional for 4 months but so far I love it. I suggest buying it with the arms so the cushions won’t slide off. So far the only downfall is the loose feathers that poke out and stick me. Other than that it’s very comfortable and I love looking at it as much as I love sleeping on it. I do plan to update this review after I’ve had the sofa for about a year.

Very comfortable but base cushions slide
I searched far and wide for the right sofa for my unique space and kept coming back to the Marcel. It fit all my needs and the reviews were good. After several delays in delivery, it arrived and was set up in minutes. The structure is good. The material in Coal velvet is sturdy and good quality. The color gives off a slightly deep blue gray sheen which I like. The base cushions do easily side forward on the two ends, which is frustrating. For this reason, I wish I had gotten the style with arms. One base cushion already has a broken zipper, and I’ve had the sofa only for a month, which is disappointing. Serviceman is coming this week, so hopefully this is a one time issue. Cleaning it with my two dogs who love to cuddle was a concern, but it is very easy to vacuum or use a pet roller. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth has worked for any spots I found after a family gathering. I am 50/50 on if I like the armless style— I love the look, but I miss having an arm to create a little corner for a pillow or to rest the tv remote on. I also believe this would have solved the sliding cushion issue on the end pieces. If I were to buy again, I would only change to an armed style. Otherwise I love the comfort and elegant casual style. It has not needed any adjustment to keep the base in place. It is heavy and doesn’t shift. The back pillows are easily fluffable and regain their shape. The base cushions, we will eventually move them around to ensure even wear. It’s a gorgeous and comfortable sturdy sofa… with some minor adjustments, this would be 5 stars.

LOVE THIS SECTIONAL
Being honest, I purchase new couches yearly, maybe 2 if we find a "great" one. The last leather sectional we had- after a few months I was over it. It was neat, zero gravity- all the bells and whistles, but it wasn't COMFY.
I've dreamed of a velvet sofa since forever. But 2 kids, 2 cats and 3 dogs- we've always had the "safe" option: leather. Until I stumbled across an article on velvet and how kid/animals/life resilient it is.
I took a chance.
Day one- Fat Cat underestimated the jump from the window ledge. 19lbs of claws fighting to hold on, all down the back. The marks were there, rubbed right out with no damage. Just lines where the velvet "parted", if you will. I was shocked. I've seen this cat ruin full-grain leather like tissue paper. Bravo, velvet.
Anyhow, is it comfy? Oh my goodness- YES.
I slept on it last night with a sick kiddo- best sleep I've had in years. Hubby agrees, kids agree, and all 5 pets are willing to coexist to get in where they fit in.
Is it easy to clean? My dogs do not shed but the cats do (I swear on purpose). I bought a roller tool from Amzn, cay hair comes right off. Minimal effort.
My best behaved poodle made sure to put a muddy paw print with 65lbs of pressure before laying on it while it dried. One paw in mud, thanks, buddy. Wiped it with a dry rag, lightly misted with distilled water, wiped again- gone.
Is it sloppy? Between wild kids who reenact every fight scene, 2 large dogs, a medium dog and cats that aspire to be wild- I still haven't figured out what the "cushions fall off" reviews are. These cushions are HEAVY. Maybe once they wear down some it'll be a different story, but I am still doubting it's as serious as the reviews.
It's armless! All cushions are loose- to flip/flop for even wear. That's a plus for me. It's not sloppy *yet... time will tell. But I am actually into the overstuffed, sloppy look when styled right.
Pro tip, angle the back cushions to get yourself just right. Add an ottoman of the same height- we've pushed it in to make a "bed" for movies. Really nice getting to snuggle your whole family.

Very Comfortable and Durable
We’ve had this sofa for about 8 months now and we love it. The Monaco fabric is very durable and has held up in well with our 3 dogs. I wouldn’t recommend it if you like a really structured sofa because the cushions do need to be fluffed or reshaped fairly often. I don’t mind this because I like my sofa to have a more homey comfortable look. Overall it is a very comfortable sofa with durable fabric and it looks great.

Wonderful Family Couch
With two small kids and a dog, this couch had been great over several months. We get lots of compliments, it’s super comfy and fantastic for fort building! We ordered it in a dark gray soft fabric and have not been disappointed, but we’re a bit worried after reading initial reviews. Not disappointed at all and looking forward to years of fun play with this sectional!

Love this sectional!
I felt the need to write a review after the negative reviews almost deterred me from buying this wonderful sectional. I want to reassure anyone who is on the fence that this is an absolute dream of a couch. We've had it for several months now and absolutely love it. It's so comfortable and beautiful. I have the 114" condo sofa exactly like you see in the photo or the in-store floor sample. The Monaco fabric option brings high-end luxury for a fraction of the cost.
