Bad - Don't buy
We bought this couch on 11/2/2021. We have had repair men out three times to replace broken wood on the frame of the couch. Today the end piece, arm rest broke and I will have to call again (repair #4). The first two breaks happend the first year we had it and was under warranty. The third break happend after warranty but luckily the frame is still under warranty for 3 years. We are just normal people....we don't jump on the couch, no small kids or big dogs..there is no reason why the frame should break this much. All three repair men told us it's cheap wood. Luckily the repair men have be able to fix it (except for the middle piece but LS replaced it with a new one) and have done a wonderful job at replacing the wood. There are three sections to the couch that hinge together on the side. Each piece had a break in the frame in various places. I will say Living Spaces has done right in honoring the warranty and getting the couch repaired. On the positive side the fabric is very good, has not pilled or ripped. Because you can take the pieces apart it makes it very easy to move so you can clean under the couch. This couch is a lemon. I'm so disappointed in Living Spaces...I expected more. I have a two year old couch, broken 4 times.

DO NOT BUY. This couch fabric pills terribly. If you plan on having it for more than a year, especially if you have pets, it will turn into an itchy mess.
