Can I remove the zipper covers and wash them? I do with the pillows and they are clean.
We do not recommend machine washing the Aurora II 2 Piece 137" Sectional With Right Arm Facing Sofa to prevent shrinking. Follow the W cleaning code, which is as follows:

What is the height from the bottom of the floor to the top of the seat cushion where your bottom sits?
The description gives the sofa height of 40". This is the height to the back of the sofa, the tallest part. I need to know what the height is in the front, where the seat cushions are? I am trying to match up an ottoman. I imagine the seat height is 20' or so but need confirmation.

Do not purchase!!!!
I bought this couch in December, by March it was ruined. The fabric pills and looks completely fuzzy. We bought the very expensive warranty but our claim was denied because the costumer service rep said “that’s normal wear and tear”. The floor model did not have any pilling and they assured us it had been there for years. We are extremely disappointed.

Such potential
I searched all over and finally found the Aurora. I loved this sectional. When it arrived however there were manufacturer defects - namely a rather poor upholstery job. It was not fixable so LS offered to send me a new one. I kept the original until the new sectional was ready. When the new sectional arrived, I checked it thoroughly due to my first experience with this sectional. The 2nd one had very similar upholstery issues; Fabric that was so loose I could put my whole hand in, fabric attached so poorly that with very little effort I could see the particle wood frame, staples poking out randomly along the bottom.
I took 2 bad sectionals as a sign I wasn't meant to have this furniture and LS was actually really good about giving me a refund. The first exchange was also handled really well. I would give LS a 5 on how they handled this issue. This sectional/manufacturer however gets a 1. It really was such a wonderful, hug you, make you take a nap sectional. If only the people putting it together cared enough to make sure it was done right. For the $$$ I spent (after customization it was up there), I had zero faith that something that arrived with so many issues (fixable or not) would last me more than a few years.

Sectional for family of 8
I bought yhe couch, but had it customized. It was the same price and time of delivery if I got it custom. Only problem is, they sent it with the wrong feet, and the throw pillows break down easy. I wish the throw pillows came with regular stuffing instead of the weird down. The down is encased in plastic and it makes crunchy sounds when you lean on them. And the striped throw pillows are fraying after 6 months.

Horrible Couch, do not buy!!
Bought this couch 24 months ago, cushions are totally broken down, 4 zippers on the cushions are broken and there is a mysterious large yellow line along the backside. Feathers are constantly poking out and getting all over.Living spaces is impossible to deal with and won't back there product, do yourself a favor and buy from Costco.

Do not get the down filled
We purchased this sofa about 6-8 months ago. The cushions we sit on have already broken down so much that you sink all the way to the frame. After a lot of calls, LS sent new foam cushion inserts. They’re almost impossible to get into the down lines cases. Total pain.
Worst part is they sent the wrong size cushions.
Additionally, we constantly have down feather stems poking out through the fabric scratching legs, arms, and backs. It’s horrible.
Better casing inside is needed. Love the look but wish we had bought the less expensive all foam pillows and avoided the down.

Very satisfied
We are so happy with this sectional! We have a funky shaped living space, I guess, so we ended up paying a lot more to order the pieces to create a configuration that worked for it, but it looks amazing.
