I love my new chair, it’s the right size and color. It was a little harder to put the legs on but got done and looks great!

Great delivery/installation on the second attempt
The initial delivery was messed up (there were issues on both of the accent chairs when I tried to assemble them). I called the customer service and they referred me to the third party that should take care of it - but those guys were not availably until 2-3 weeks later. Subsequent call to the customer service actually took care of the issue - they replaced both of those chairs with new chairs and provided full service installation. I think there is some fundamental problem with the design of these chairs - they should be designed in a way so that the assembly/installation process is fairly straight forward. The full service delivery team also had to struggle quite a bit to install these rather simple legs to the chairs. But, they did a great job and I thank them for spending the time.
