Assembly Instructions
Anyone else have issues with the lights and wireless charger not working?
Just received my couch last night. Assemble, plugged in all the wires including the usb cables and everything seems to work fine except the wireless charger and lights which both wont turn on
I had the same problems with the lights in the center console. Found a cable in the back not connected. Once I plugged it in the lights work fine.

LOVE this couch!
We've had this couch for about 2 weeks now and my family and I LOVE it! It's so nice that we feel like we're at a really fancy movie theater. We love all of the features! The charging ports, wireless charger and cup holders (the ones on the outside of the couch actually go up for more support for tall drinking containers! We use that every day) are so handy! The bottom of that cup holder even comes out (it looks like a clear cup) for easy cleaning, or turning around if not in use, or even hiding something underneath. And we love the armrest storage! For anyone who needs to know the dimensions INSIDE the storage area: 20"L.8"D.5"W
The fabric is actually really soft even though it doesn't look like it would be. Also keep in mind that this couch has 4 plugs (which is fine for us as we just have a surge protector tucked inside a cubbyhole in the lower back of the couch, which is great if it's not against a wall). There really isn't any point in getting an external battery for it (Those will last less than a day of continuous use) unless there is a power outage.
The only minor thing we don't like is that the headrests are a bit too short (two of us are 5'5 and one is 6'. It's a bit short for all of us), so we have to slide down a little when reclining. But that's just minor.
We also have a bit of a problem on the left side of the couch, sometimes the controls don't work as quickly (the workers that set it up for us called it "bipolar", but it didn't sound like that problem happened often). We can deal with it as all it needs to do is "cool down" a bit before using it again.
If you happen to lose something in the cushions, it's also easy to find it as it will either fall straight through to the floor or down a sort of ramp to the back of the couch.
Just wish it came in more color options! But this is a nice neutral color.
Overall, we are very happy with this couch and highly recommend it!
Living Spaces is better than the competition in every way!

Work, Movies and More!
We needed a piece of furniture that was not only good for movie night but also for working from home and running our multiple businesses. This couch is perfect! It has all the bells and whistles we need while still being comfortable. We've had no issues other than the center lights sometimes flicker on and off by themselves.

great sofa
we went to living spaces looking for a specific type of sofa. not intending to buy, but to shop around. they had just what we were looking for in the isabel sofa. we have had it now for a couple weeks and so far it has been great. it sits comfortably and the recline works just fine.

Tech Savy Couch
I love the features on it and find it so convenient to have outlets for laptops and usb drives. However, I’m noticing the padding is starting shift and flattened. I have only had it for less that 3 weeks, I thought would have better quality considering what we paid.

already not functioning after 2 weeks.
After only 2 weeks, one side will no longer recline. I have opened a warranty claim, but so far I have not heard back on it. Also, why in the world would this sofa be designed with more than 1 plug???? why would there not be a power distribution unit so the sofa can plug into just a single outlet?

Comfiest couch I’ve ever owned
I love this couch so much! It’s so comfortable and provides the support I need. The color is neutral enough that it blends with my aesthetic wonderfully and it doesn’t look too much like a recliner! I wanted something that reminded me of what it was like to go to the movies. This is it.

Love this couch!
We love this couch, even though we haven’t connected the power for the mid section. It sits away from any walls, but we were able to connect the power recliners to power with a cord under a big throw rug. It would be helpful if staff and customer service people were more knowledgeable about the use of a battery pack, but we decided we didn’t need one.
