Delivery & setup?
I paid for delivery & setup instructions. Instructions for my dad were weak & no instructions were left as to how to operate & care for the recliner. So my dad still doesn't know how to use the various modes.

Excellent chair, remote could be marked better.
It would be five star, but the controls on the remote could be better at indicating what direction the chair will adjust. Two of the arrows move in the opposite direction I would have expected.

This lift chair is awesome! I got it for my elderly mother, who is having trouble getting up out of a regular chair. This chair is not only a lift chair, it is also a recliner with a foot rest, you can adjust the lumbar area and the headrest as well. My mother is totally in love with her new chair, it has made her life so much easier. I would definitely recommend this chair.
