Can I use this foundation w a memory foam or tempurpedic mattress ?
It works well but it will depend on the thickness of your mattress. I have an eight inch thick queen mattress and it feels ok but you can sometimes feel the stiffness of the foundation through it. I am also a heavy set woman so it will depend on your weight as well. It is still pretty comfortable with the foam mattress for the most part.

What is the foundation made of? Wood?
The structure of the foundation is wood, and it is lined with fabric and some plastic.

When do you recommend using a bunky board vs. a foundation?
I'd use a bunky board instead of a foundation when you want to lower the overall height of the bed, mattress and foundation. We wish we'd purchased a bunky board instead of this foundation because our total height is about 29 or 30 inches and that's just a bit higher than what we're used to. We're not short either...I'm 5'9 and my husband is 5'10.

Can a headboard be attached to the foundation?
I have, and currently like a headboard to protect the walls from the foundation and mattress. Can one be used with these foundations? Is there a way to bolt/screw a standard (queen) headboard to this unit?
I have not done it yet, but yes, there are holes to attach a headboard.

What is the spacing between slats?
There are 3 slats on the Grey Queen Foundation located approximately 20" apart with 1 support beam that runs down the length of the foundation.

Is there a weight limit for this box spring?
We recommend not exceed 500 lbs plus your mattress' weight on the Grey Queen Foundation. Please note the weight limit may also depend on your bed frame.

What's this different from revive series foundation?
There are several full size foundations with different prices. Could you provide their difference?
There is no physical difference except maybe fabric cover. The Grey Full Foundation and Revive Series Foundation are made by the same manufacturer. Check with your mattress warranty to make sure it doesn't require a certain brand. Many times the mattress warranty is affected/voided if you don't use the same brand foundation.

Is there a picture of the foundation with some mattresses?
What is the height of complete mattress with this foundation?
Unfortunately, the Grey Twin Foundation will not feature a mattress image as the height of the mattress and foundation will depend on the height of the mattress you choose. Please note, this item will feature a height of 8".

a tag along purchase
wasn't planning on buying the foundation because I had a full size box spring already but I was told I needed it for this mattress for better support. in the end the match perfectly but I had to spend more than I wanted to.

Worth the added cost
This came at an additional cost but is necessary for stability and comfort. It holds up well and I would recommend adding if it is required with your mattress choice.

Right size
Great support. Im looking forward to many years of a quality foundation. This base provided solid performance for the mattress .Bought this low profile foundation along with mattress. Our new bed frame was designed for mattress only but this foundation worked great to provide support but not raise mattress up too high. This foundation is just what I expected. Does a great job of supporting the mattress.

Fits well with mattress
I purchased a queen foam mattress and matching size foundation so they go hand in hand and fit perfectly in my bedroom. My only wish is that I would have purchased a bigger size mattress and foundation as these are final sale items and cannot be exchanged. Other than that I am happy to have this foundation it's very simple but its sturdy and light weight.
