I love the sofa; however, there is a flaw in the back cushion. I am asking that it be exchanged. I’m waiting to hear back—when they say 3-5 days, they mean 5-?, apparently.

Excellent Replacement
Previously we had a large Bulky Leather Sofa. Unfortunately from our mostly sitting on one corner it began to sag. My wife wanted a firmer, smaller leather couch. The one we selected is just perfect. Aching backs are gone.
