The Gel Springs Medium Twin Extra Long Mattress will work with an adjustable base. The Low Profile foundation is not needed because the Base will serve the same purpose as the foundation.

Horrible off-gassing
I had a horrible experience with this mattress I had to return it. When you open the mattress up it gives off this gas chemical smell messed up my throat for like a week. This is something that's never mentioned and I believe it's something that should definitely be mentioned. I went ahead and bought an organic mattress from another company no smell no chemicals no worries. Who wants to be breathing in chemicals while you're sleeping? I don't.
