The only problem I have is one of the wood planks in the couch broke already. I haven’t called to talk about options which is my fault not living spaces. I always expect something to happen but for this to be the only thing I haven’t had anything to complain about.

The material feels like a blanket. The pillows that come with the couch are exceptional too! Highly recommend!!

Best couch I have ever had! the cushions are large and the sleeper is long enough for my 6ft self to sleep on if I wanted to. Accidentally fell asleep watching tv a couple of times already. The outer material is very soft and while the cushions do have a firmness to them, the design keeps me from sinking too far in. About three weeks in so far and loving it.
