Chair is very plush and comfortable. The only downside is the wheels. They have difficulty moving when changing directions.

Comfortable chair
Initially, I thought there was a hydraulic issue with the mechanism but come to find out, it was my 2 year old son sneaking into my office and messing with the chair. I now feel comfortable giving this 5 stars. Chair is really comfortable. Leather has held up as it should with no signs of degrading in the softness and cushion; been about 6 months with the chair now. The no-arms is perfect if you're a guitar player; easy to push it under the desk. Solid chair and I recommend this item if you're looking into it.
