Is the cover removable and washable?
Yes the cushion covers are removable. I have removed the cushion covers and hand washed them in cold water with Dawn dishwashing soap and Oxy clean powder. I then let them air dry. So far so good. No shrinkage.

How high is the space between the bottom of the sofa and the floor?
Probably about an inch or two. This couch doesn’t sit very high off the floor.

Can this sofa taken apart?
I am unable to carry this sofa to my apartment on the 4th floor as it’s too big for the elevator/stairs. Can it be disassembled ?
I checked and seems like the base can’t be disassembled

What type of assembly
What type of assembly does the sofa and chair require. I have never had a problem getting my reclining sofa and loveseat in any place I've lived. However I decided to measure and my doorway is 35 inches wide. The couch is 40 inches wide! Im worried the sofa and oversized chair won't fit now... has anyone had this issue? Please tell me if worked out :)
When the guys delivered the couch, it was free of the wooden legs. Once the legs unscrewed the sofa can fit through your doorway.

Perfect Purchase
Looked at a lot of sofas online but wanted to go to a brick and mortar so we could sit, and see them in person. I saw a lot of ones I liked, but Living Spaces had the most so we headed there. Once I saw this sofa, I knew I wanted it. It’s the perfect size for the room, the fabric has a good hand, and the seat is nice and deep. Very happy with the purchase.

I’ve only had my couch for about a month but I love it so far! It’s the perfect cream color and it goes well with my decor. Delivery crew was super nice and helpful as well.

Looks Nice
This couch is big, deep, and looks good in the space. I love the color. The sacrifice is that it isn’t practical because it’s so light. I did use Scotchguard so hopefully that will help. The fabric isn’t super soft, but nice enough. I did not get the down wrap in the seats (not sure that was even available). The side pillows are big and would be better down-filled, which I can change. The couch is comfortable, but not cushy. Kinda stiff and so deep that our feet don’t touch the ground when sitting upright. I don’t mind because I rarely sit upright on my couch. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase. The best part was the Living Spaces customer service and delivery.

Love it...but
Great couch, chair and ottoman. Verch comfortable and large. Just inspect your couches when they arrive from delivery. I have stains on my couch. Brand new with a stain! Have not contacted customer service to discuss the issues due to long hold times over the phone. Also do not let the sales associate tell you the product will available to be delivered within 10-14 days. I bought these due to the availability of shipping within 10-14 days but it was a few weeks past that when I finally received them. Cant say its the sales associates fault rather more due to COVID. Its nice the associates dont work for commission and aren't down your throat. I also never write reviews but the stain on a new couch is ridiculous.

Poor construction
Legs are hard to install. Seats have no inner casing for the foam. How do you wash the covers?? The sofa arm and back were creaking within 3 months of use. This couch is poor made and is not durable.
That being said it a cutie couch and looks really cool without the legs but it is not durable.
