Do the cushions hold their shape?
Weve had the couch and loveseat for 7 or 8 months and the cushions have really held up. They are in our family room and get alot of use.

What size door do I need to fit sofa

Cannot fit thru a regular front or back door. I used my sliding glass door for couch entry.

What material are the cushions filled with? I don't see any mention of down feathers but I just want to confirm there are no feathers.

don't know spilled water on one cleaned with no problem

Are the cushion covers removeable/ machine washable?
No...
I think that's the only thing I didn't like about them.
But I figured it wasn't that big of a deal since I have someone clean my carpets every six mths so I just have clean the couches and the cushions.
(And between that time u could clean them using a rag and alcohol)

Nice pieces and price was very fair
Couch and loveseat very comfortable and well made. We have room, so it worked out fine, but they are deeper than our old ones so make sure you measure both length and width. They looked smaller in the huge showroom!

I called twice about reporting some defects on my sofa. I have not yet received the emails to upload the photos. Some of the pillows sewing is coming apart. The Main pillows and decor pillows are flatten, Which this couch is huge and has caused back problems. If they were more full I don’t think I would have had this problem. It’s been 3 months since I purchased. I noticed some small stitches on the actual arm and Seat cushion unsewing. Can someone please contact me. This is my first purchase and so far I am not happy.

The seam in the arm has split open. By the time I get someone here to look at it, it will have been a 4 week process. I do not know what the outcome will be yet.
