Poor quality
I bought this couch about 6 months ago. I’m very gentle with it and even so, it’s already ripped. I’m so disappointed in the quality. My couch ripped in the same spot as the other reviews- right at the seam on the chaise. Would NOT buy this couch again- what a waste of money.

Thread is unraveling after 6 weeks
We bought this couch about 6 weeks ago and the thread is unraveling on the chaise which is leaving a hole in the couch. The thread will only continue to unravel if we continue to sit on the chaise section of the couch.
We really liked the look of this couch and debated purchasing it for a few months before going through with it. Purchasing this couch was a mistake. I would not recommend this couch or any other furniture in this line with the same fabric.

Don’t Purchase!
There is a seam right across the chaise where you sit, and it rips within a month. I bought the protection, all they do is send a technician out to poorly sew it up and it rips again a week later. Beautiful, comfortable couch but not worth it until they stop selling it with the seam down the chaise.

Do NOT Purchase
Loved the modern simplicity but after two months the material/seam started to unravel in the middle of the chaise. The technician who came to repair said it was defective. We are waiting for the warranty replacement but was told it was our responsibility to dispose of the original item… Additionally I’m afraid this will continue to happen. So disappointed in the poor craftsmanship and below par customer service.

Beautiful sectional!
I was looking for a sectional that was between 110-120, in stock and can be delivered this week. This didn’t give me a lot of options from any vendors. Even though there weren’t a lot of reviews and the ratings were pretty low, I took a chance and ordered this sectional this morning. It got delivered this afternoon!! was able to get it delivered this afternoon!!! This is a beautiful sectional! Thank you Livingspaces!

I’ve had the couch for 6 months and I love it. I got it because it was in stock and took a chance! It’s comfy. You do have to be careful because it’s light grey but I love it!

Just Don't!
Purchased this couch last month and it is absolutely terrible. It is hard as a rock and the back seat cushions are flattened out from barely sitting on it. I want to return this couch but unfortunately, Living Spaces has a 7 day return policy. I've had it 29 days!! I will never purchase another item with this type of return policy.

Beautiful but flawed
I love the look of this couch and it is very comfortable but after barely two months of owning with light use, the threads have started to unravel at the seams. Company is replacing but I’m scared it’s going to happen again.
