Not worth the quality
Missing piece to frame, the deliver team of the the tools that came with the bed and left me with nothing to replace or fix the issue of the missing piece to the bed frame.

Modern and lovely
This is a beautiful bed frame and footboard for a wonderful price. The style is modern yet the ivory cream color keeps it warm and soothing. The gold accent is so on trend. We're using it for our guest bedroom and love it!

Poor experience
This bed was so cute in the store, but ended up being very disappointing. The first bed has a huge scratch, so they said they would exchange it. The next time the delivery team came, they did not have all the pieces to put it together. Then, the next delivery team still was missing the center rail for the slats and did not have enough screws for all the slats but still tried putting it together and said it would be fine to sleep on until someone else came to fix it. Additionally, this bed frame ended up having smaller scratches and stains on the white velvet in multiple areas. Either the bed frame is cheaply made and scratches easily, or it was handled very poorly/needed better wrapping and protection in the warehouse/delivery truck. I even got the warranty and customer service recommended exchanging the bed again because they did not think that they could get the stains out. I ended up returning the whole bed frame because I was so frustrated with the whole situation.
