This completes all of my sectional dreams! Nothing better than laying out on it watching TV. Probably should have anticipated this, but it feels a bit more stuffed/firm than the sectional I sat in at Living Spaces. But I'm sure with some use it'll start to relax a little.

Caution if you're ordering online
Sadly, this sofa arrived damaged and so we weren't able to accept delivery. Kudos to the third party shipping drivers for pointing it out to us. Entire arm of the sofa was ripped and filthy. Speaking of the third party shipping arrangement - if you buy online, be prepared for lots of phone calls to get everything squared away. Returns or refused shipments are not their forte. Ultimately though, after many phone calls, they did get everything refunded, which in the end, was appreciated.

Narrower seat
The sofa is nice, but there was a defect in the chaise cushion which needs to be exchanged. Additionally, the seat is narrow unless you add the ottoman, which provides more width.
