WARNING!!! WARNING! TABLE TOP IS NOT DURABLE!!
For the price of the table and eight chairs. The table top quality is very, very disappointing. They claim the table is solid wood but its NOT, its also NOT VERY DURABLE for everyday use. Whatever the stain/paint or wood quality is horrible. It scratches easily and if you wipe the table top, the finish or whatever stain they used is ruined, looks like the stain/paint is coming off!!!! I'm starting to think the table top is a cheap veneer and not SOLID WOOD as stated in the description!!! IF YOU PLAN ON USING THIS TABLE EVERYDAY. I would apply a top coat sealant or have a furniture / carpenter re-stain and seal property to protect the table top. I had to pay $200 FOR A NICE GLASS TOP to protect our table. Not happy at all after paying almost $3k for the set.

Beautiful dining table

Nice, Sturdy Dining Table
We had been looking for almost three months for a dining room set for our home, but couldn't agree on anything until we saw this. The table had to be large enough to comfortably sit 8, but we didn't want anything too ornate or busy or huge. This table looks wonderful in our dining room, and fits the rest of our home decor.
