We bought this bed in 2017. the vertical slats for support have all broken and we need new ones. Is it possible to buy the support grid and vertical slats?
How did you end up resolving this issue? My vertical slats in the middle have just broken today as well. I purchased the bed in March 2021, so it falls just out of the 1 year warranty.

Beautiful Set!
I love this set! I had seen something similar at another store that was at least double the price. When I saw this online, I couldn't believe it! So I went to the store and saw it in person, and it looked as good, if not better. It was delivered a couple of weeks ago and I am thrilled with it. Very sturdy, excellent construction, and it looks beautiful!

Important information omitted
Love the set. Style and color are perfect. However the bed was listed as "adjustable base compatible" however when delivered I was told that I needed to reinforce the bed myself. That the slats alone will not support the bed. 😒 now the adjustable base is sitting on the floor. I got the wood to support it but my husband and I cannot lift the adjustable base. I have to find someone to lift it for us. We are new in our city and we don't know anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Save yourself the time and hassle and don’t buy from this company. Their customer service is terrible. I scheduled to pick up this bed in store a week ago, drove 2 hours to get there, and then they didn’t have it (they claimed it “missed the truck” the night before). Then they rescheduled to have it shipped to me a few days later. They called me the DAY before delivery and said it can’t and won’t be delivered for another month, and they won’t do anything about it. Don’t waste your time or money. Just buy a nice bed from somewhere else.

Loved until it started squeaking.
Clean look and great price point. We’ve had this bed frame for over a year now and after about a year it started to make a noise every time I move. I think next time we will save up and buy a solid wood bed frame.

Bed Frame Starting Making Noise First Use
The bed frame is a nice color and sturdy. However, the bed frame started making a noise from the frame and wood slats the fight night I laid on it. I've had other wood slat beds and this is the first time I've heard this level of noise so early on
