What are the dimensions of the couch when the queen sleeper is pulled out?
This is not correct. We just received ours and the mattress is 60x72, which is not a queen. Quite deceptive since it's labeled as queen. Also this shows that it comes with the queen mattress, but when the purchase goes through it's sold without mattress and the mattress is added separately. The pricing is adjusted accordingly so you pay the same price, but it's only then that you can see the item number for the separate mattress and view the details and see it's not a real queen size.

The couch came perfect and it was easy to assemble. Stiff cushions and Definity need some pillow from the arm rests but it's perfect for my apartment.

Great sofa! Bought this for our apartment and it fits beautifully. Long enough and comfortable enough for napping which, IMHO, is the most important quality in a sofa.

Badly fitted cushions jut out
I saw the Allie in two colors at the store and liked them, so I didn't hesitate to order it in the one color not shown , Midnight Jade. It is a beautiful color and the cushions are not overly firm. However, they stick out from the sofa about three inches. The totally useless representative told me if I would look at the website, I would see that, unlike the Allie in the other colors, the cushions are supposed to stick out. She's telling me this while I'm looking at the website photo of the Midnight Jade with normal cushions, not sticking out three inches. I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet, but the blatant blame-the-customer does not sit well. Her only suggestion was to take it back to the store and pay a restocking fee.
