Do the covers unzip so they can be laundered or is this all one piece except for back rest?
The Aidan IV 48" Chaise cushions and back pillows are loose and have zippers, however nothing can go in a washing machine. It is Professional clean only

How firm is this? I can't handle the big soft couches at Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel. Is this more firm than those?
The Aidan IV 48" Chaise will have a foam density of 1.8. The cushion will start fairly firm then get softer over time with more use.

I love my super comfy chair! The people at Living Spaces were great from the first minute we walked in the door. I love that they are not pushy with sales and they truly care about your happiness vs a commission in their pocket. I felt like every individual we talked to was friendly and helpful and allowed us to shop around and make our final decision as a husband and wife instead of being pushed into buying something.
