Horrible, uncomfortable, cheap couch.
We bought this couch in 2019 and have been complaining about it since then. Worst purchase ever and we finally went ahead and got a new couch because we couldn't handle this one anymore. The pillows are SO UNCOMFORTABLE, the one in the middle is completely crushed, so we have to sit on either side of the couch (and we don't spend that much time in it since we hate it), the back support doesn't support anything and my husband and I have been seeing a chiropractor and complaining about our backs hurting until we realized it was this couch's fault.
I tried messaging them to replace the bottom pillows and they made it so difficult I gave up. Please, do yourself a favor and do not buy.

Not happy
Wished I never purchased this sofa. It is uneven and so uncomfortable. I tried to contact someone in customer service but no luck. The problem, at first I thought I liked, it but after 3 months awful.

Worst couch we’ve ever owned
We’ve had this couch for one year and we’ve regretted purchasing ever since it arrived. We were told the fabric that we picked was durable but it started pilling less than a month after getting it. No amount of effort will stop it. The chase is also uneven and unusable. You sink into the cushions and end up in the base. There is not enough stuffing and you just end up with a lumpy couch. Do not waste your money.

Not worth the purchase
The couch was beautiful but fabric is extremely cheep and pilled within a month of purchase for one person’s use! The ottoman cushion sinks and is uneven. Do not buy, it won’t last long at all! The couch I bought at living spaces before this had terrible fabric as well. Last time I purchase here.

Save your money
We’ve had this couch less than a year, and are already talking about how we have to replace it. It was beautiful when it arrived, but within a month or two the fabric started very noticeably pilling. I bought a little de-pilling machine from Amazon and spent about two hours de-pilling it after about 4 months. And now we’ve essentially given up. No amount of de-pilling will make crap fabric look good. The back cushions are also horrifically cheap. They are essentially loose cotton stuffed into tissue paper thin fabric for the insert. Think IKEA throw pillows - lumpy and deformed. Please don’t take this review “with a grain of salt” or think I’m exaggerating because I’m picky. I want to save you from a bad purchase, and warn off any other would-be suckers. This couch sincerely sucks. Don’t spend your money on it.
