Need customer service lessons
Sent us the completely incorrect order. We ordered a king. We received a queen bed frame in fabric. The response was we will send you a bed in another 6 weeks. This is after already waiting 5 weeks. Meanwhile they refuse to send a Truck to pick up the the order that they delivered.

Beautiful bed frame
I love this bed gram. From the wood finish to the height I absolutely love this bed. It ties our whole room together. The head board is tall so I absolutely love that about this bed. It is very sturdy doesn’t rock too much and I love that.

This is a really sturdy all around except the headboard. It doesn't bother us much but if you lean a pillow a tad bit it will lean. Other than that, it is a beautiful headboard.
