If using an upright vacuum, use the handheld attachments, turn off the beater bar or set it on the highest position. Place the vacuum on the rug. Clean spills immediately. I was bit nervous when purchasing this item solely rely on reviews but happy I made the purchase.
I placed the rug in living area, and it felt soft, looked simple yet fit my home style well. I use Dyson V6 to vacuum weekly, and it’s easy to clean.

High end knock off but impressive
I was scared to buy such an expensive rug online but glad I did
The rug was delivered via UPS, in a clear plastic
Rug rolled out easily and was in perfect condition
This rug is a low/medium shag in a cream/off white color
The design is more of a light black/gray in color
We do have dogs, so I have vacuumed this rug with a Dyson and haven't had any snags or tears from doing so
If you are looking for that famous West Elm rug design, you will be happy with this affordable version
We placed this under a queen sized bed with plenty of space on the sides/end
I would buy this rug again

Great Rug
I received this rug and it is even better in person! It pulled together the look of our living room so well.
