Beautiful Area Rug

Nice pattern, poor materials. Avoid!
The good: The patterns on this rug are interesting, and change based on lighting and viewing angle. The fibers are soft, too.
The bad: When the rug was shedding fibers upon receipt, I did some research on “viscose rug care.” Viscose is the general name for Rayon. It’s silky-soft, but very flimsy, and it does not handle even water spills without yellowing.
Concerned that this rug would not last and that it was not worth the premium price, I promptly returned it and purchased a polyurethane rug. I recommend you avoid rayon/viscose.

Love this rug especially the way it feels on my bare feet. I originally bought it to go in my dining room but the color is too light for an eating area so I put it in my bedroom and I am very happy with my purchase.
