Disappointed by Color
This 8'x8' area rug looked beautiful in the online ad, yet when it arrived by mail I was very disappointed in how washed-out and faded the predominant "rust" color was on the actual rug. Very different from the rich colors shown on the pictured rug. So I had to return it to a regional LS store; they accepted the return without hassle. The quality of the rug was good. I bought a different rug from another online retailer and was very satisfied with the color and product.
