Step 1: Organize Parts Lay out all the parts of the desk including the top, the long leg, the short leg, and the drawer cabinet. Ensure all necessary screws, bolts, handles, and tools are readily available. Step 2: Attach Legs Turn the desk top upside down on a clean, flat surface. Position the long leg at one end of the desk top ensuring they are aligned properly. Use the provided screws or bolts to attach each leg securely to the desk top. Ensure that the legs are positioned perpendicular to the desk top for stability. Step 3: Attach Drawer Cabinet Place the drawer cabinet on its side next to the desk top. Position the drawer cabinet so that it aligns with the edge of the desk top, leaving enough space for the legs. Use the provided screws or bolts to attach the drawer cabinet to the underside of the desk top. Ensure the drawer cabinet is securely attached and aligned properly with the desk top. Position the short leg on the cabinet ensuring they are aligned properly. Step 4: Secure Legs and Drawer Cabinet Once all parts are attached, flip the desk over carefully onto its legs and drawer cabinet. Ensure the desk sits level on the floor. Check each leg and the drawer cabinet to ensure they are securely attached and tightened properly. Step 5: Final Checks Inspect the desk for any loose screws or unstable connections. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure stability. Test the drawer by sliding it in and out to ensure smooth operation. Step 6: Finish Once the desk is assembled and stable, clean it with a soft cloth to remove any dust or debris. Place the desk in its desired location and organize your writing supplies in the drawer.
