Furniture Pick-Up: Frequently Asked Questions
If you would rather forgo the furniture delivery services and pick up your new purchases yourself, check out the following answers to common questions and helpful tips on all of your furniture pick-up options.
If you are purchasing in store: In order to qualify for next day pick up, items should be purchased by 9pm the previous day.
If your are purchasing online: All online purchases go through a verification process. They need to be verified before we can approve and transfer to a store for pick up. We also need to verify who will be picking the merchandise up. The confirmation page of your purchase will inform you if you are eligible for next day pick up.
Can I opt for pick-up to avoid a delivery fee?
While shipping is always free on orders that meet the $500 subtotal in our service areas, you can also opt for free pick-up if you would like to forgo delivery.
Is furniture pick-up free?
Yes. All of our pick-up options are always free for all of our stores.
If I order something for pickup at a store and I get to the store and don't like the item, can I return it?
Yes, you can return an item if you order something for pickup at a store and you do not like it. Please note, there will be a restocking fee if you decide to return this item.
You can pick up your new purchases at any of the Living Spaces stores. To view which pick-up dates are available for the location of your choice, navigate to the shopping cart, and select “Store Pickup.” Here, you will be able to customize your pickup location and select a pickup date and time. For a list of all Living Spaces locations, visit the Living Spaces store locations page.
Items may be held at Customer Pickup for up to 24 hours. If you do not pick up your items within 24 hours of transfer, the items will be shipped back to the distribution center. You can pick up the items at the Living Spaces distribution center or you will be charged a $50 fee if you would prefer another transfer.
You will be contacted to schedule delivery or set a pick up date once your items have been received at your local warehouse. Once the pickup date is set and if you have opted to receive text message notifications, you will receive a text message when your items are available to pick up at your local retail store.
Yes. If you order online, you can pick up from our Rialto distribution center. Please note, you can only pick up at this location. You cannot purchase anything from this location as this is not considered one of our showrooms.
Same-day furniture pick-up is available at the Living Spaces distribution centers in Rialto and Fremont, as well as the Phoenix store. For all stores (except the Summerlin store), you can pick up your items the day after you have purchased them. (Two-day pick-up is available at the Summerlin store.)
To change your pick up day, please contact our Guest Services team at 877-266-7300 option 2, 7am - 9pm Monday through Friday. If you do not pick up your items within 24 hours of transfer, the items will be shipped back to the distribution center. You can pick up the items at the Living Spaces distribution center or you will be charged a $50 fee if you would prefer another transfer to pick up at the store. Can I take an item home with me upon purchasing it in the store?
Most of the Living Spaces stores do not allow you to take your new items home upon purchase* (the exceptions are the Fremont and Phoenix stores, which allow you to take your furniture home directly from their distribution centers). Once you have placed an order, pick-up will be made available for the following day (after noon).
*This does not apply to accessories; you can take all accessories (including art, décor and more) home with you upon purchase.
Living Spaces employees can assist with loading items in your vehicle. However, they cannot assist with securing items to your vehicle. Please be aware Living Spaces is not responsible for any negligence or vehicle damage in securing merchandise into your vehicle or for any merchandise or vehicle transport damage, vehicle accidents or personal injuries once the merchandise has left our pick-up dock.
All items will arrive in their original packaging.
Can I get my new furniture assembled upon pick-up?
If you choose to assemble your items at home after picking them up, you will need to self-assemble. If you would rather have our team assemble your items for you in the room of your choice, consider our delivery services.
Yes, you may convert your order to delivery by going into the store or calling Guest Services at (877) 266-7300 option 2. Please note that the applicable delivery fee will be charged in order to schedule your delivery date.
For your protection, only the person named on the credit card used to make this order can pick it up. Please bring the credit card and photo ID with you to the pick-up location. For more information visit our terms and conditions page.
Yes, we want your feedback! After 24 to 48 hours from the date on which you’ve picked up your new purchases, you will receive an invitation to fill out our survey.

You can select the "Store Pickup" option at the shopping cart page. Once selecting a store, you can see all available pick up dates specific to that location.
You can always return it if you change your mind. If it is a matter of noticing that the item is damaged, please contact our Guest Services team within seven (7) days from when you picked it up to report the damage. We will be happy to assist you with resolving this issue. You can reach our Guest Services team at (877) 266-7300, option 3.
Our team of individuals who handle pickup at each store will be more than happy to wrap your items in plastic bagging upon request.

Yes. If you order online and the item is available, you can pick up from any of our retail locations. Please note: you'll be able to pick up next day starting at 12pm. You can also select a pickup date further in the future to best fit your schedule.
Yes. If you order online, you can pick up from our Fremont Distribution Warehouse.
Yes. If you order online, you can pick from our Phoenix location.
If an item is in stock and you wish to purchase today at a store location or online you will need to do a pick up on the following day. We do not sell our display pieces from our showrooms. It takes one day for us to process and transfer items to each store. You can, however, always do same day pick up at our distribution centers located in Rialto, Phoenix, and Fremont.
