Excellent sofa
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.MWMW2 weeks agoOf all of the furniture I bought to furnish a new house, the Norfolk Grey Power Reclining Sofa & the Norfolk Grey Power Reclining Loveseat W/Console are my favorite pieces of furniture. The sofas are very well built. They are firm and are very comfortable.

It’s easily one of the most comfortable couches I’ve used. The best part is the power recline though! Just push a button and you’re gently reclined into your desired position. Great for napping. I would know since I use it for that frequently! One of the best purchases I’ve made. I definitely recommend it!

We love the saddle color, it lighten up the room (we previously had darker brown leather recliners). Perfect shade of tan...not too orange or light. Also has USB charger on each end of sofa recliner.

Nice looking, with the strong flexsteel blue spring(?) technology

Fortunately I did buy the VIP care and they are going to take a look at it. But I didnt expect it after paying top $ for the Sofa.

We have checked all other furniture provider you can think of in California. This piece is the best. it comes at a higher price than normal. but i feel rest assured it will have a longer life. the middle cushion can be converted into a place to keep cups. It is right balance of cushion and does not look too bulky. Sits minimum 5 inches away from the wall so you ... dont scratch the wall or sofa material while reclining. Great quality product overall!

In fact, my husband's Uncle and Aunt were here for Thanksgiving from New Mexico, enjoyed it so much that they went home and purchased a set for their home. It is so very comfortable, and made so well! The cost is a bit higher than we had wanted to spend, but were guaranteed that it would last so much longer than the other sofa's that we were looking at that were not made as well.

One of the features I like is it being electric instead of manual. One issue is the seams stopped matching across the top of the seats. We are going to talk to Living Spaces about it. Otherwise we really like it.

He is the recliner guy in this fam. It fits in with my beachy decor and is not a huge monstrosity. Fabric quality seems to be good. We have only had it a month, so durability is yet to be determined. The online shopping and same day delivery were AWESOME! The couch came as described, set up in minutes and ready for some relaxing time, all before the sun set the day I ordered it.

Great for a small space

Although I knew that the length was a bit smaller than my previous couch, I didn’t take into account the size of the arms, which do minimize the amount of seating space. You can really only fit two people comfortably on this couch. With that being said, it is very comfortable and well made. It feels solid and the recliners work smoothly and lie almost completely flat. It is a bit darker than what it appears in the picture; it’s most definitely a ... dark grey. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase!

So much more than just a sofa
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Lhyden2 years agoAn excellent choice for almost any decor; we have a contemporary style and yet this couch fit right in with our room. The leather is real and so soft. But this is so much more than just a sofa as each side has its own set of controls to lower the back into a reclining position, raise the footrest. My husband has already napped in this sofa. Yet, it doesn't look like the big clunky reclining chairs or sofas. A great value, delivery was fast and set up was easy. Can't go wrong with this purchase.

The leg rest is ok, I just wish it had some denser padding at the end, but I'm 6'2" so others might not have the same experience. I was a little concerned about the pick stitching getting snagged, but the leather is apparently too strong for that to happen. It does not separate into two pieces for moving, so be aware this is very heavy! The one improvement I couldn't find on this or any other one for that matter is a button to recline it that when ... pressed you can let go and it will continue through its cycle up or down without having to sit there and hold it. Kind of like the windows in your car.

Quiet action, lumbar support and neck support. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable place to sit while watching t.v. or viewing in an at home theater. Very happy with this purchase. Also, delivery people were excellent and knowledgeable. They made sure the recliner worked before leaving the house.

However, I realized there was another couch that was very similar and more comfortable. I just happened to miss that, but I am overall very happy with my purchase. I just wish the extra battery pack that you have the option of purchasing would stay charged longer than a week. The couch works great. I would just suggest to not invest in an extra battery pack; it is not worth the investment.

Look forward to siting all day watching tv with my dog.

Most comfortable sofa ever!!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.2urhealth5 months agoSo this reclining sofa has an adjustable headrest and an adjustable foot rest. Since they work independently you can achieve just what makes you most comfortable both for head and recline/feet. I have never had a more comfortable piece of furniture ( and we have had several recliners). The "sit" is soft and supportive. The color is black, but not all blacks are the same. The undertones of this I would say is taupe. Hard to notice but if you were to put a jet black item next to it I am sure you ... would notice. This color works for us as we have beige/grey tile, grey walls and fireplace stone with some tones of beige and grey, sos this works perfectly. I think a "jet" black would be too severe. That being said most people would just probably call this black. We are very happy with this sofa.

This couch is very well-made, the frame and the mechanics of the reclining chairs is stronger than any couch I have owned. The cushions are not too soft and are not too hard. The look of the polyester is like very fine leather. It is very inviting. I have a terrible time staying awake when I recline in this couch. I highly recommend it. The USB ports on all the switches for the reclining system and under the armrest are a plus. My wife and I have ... no buyers remorse, we are excited to get home and relax on our beautiful comfy couch.

Fairly good purchase
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.Hopmom4 months agoThis couch has a lovely feel and looks like a work leather but it is not leather. There are USB ports in the center of the reckoning operation buttons, which I like. I do not like the way this couch appears and feels like it was designed with the visual look of already being worn in in the seats, so laying down on it feels lumpy and odd (brand new, not floor model). In the reclining position, it feels necessary to use a pillow for additional coziness. I do not regret my purchase, but feel as ... though for the cost it should have been a little more cozy. Additionally, there is no removal of the seat covers for washing, as they are all attached. It is roomy enough for myself, my husband, and my kid to all sit spaciously. I should note this is the couch my husband and child preferred over the other choices at the Fremont location.
