Comfortable yet affordable
This reviewer rated product 4 out of 5 stars.JLeeMc2 months agoLooks great in the house, it's a nice neutral dark grey that looks good with everything. This is not the most well constructed couch ever, but with two toddlers I didn't want to purchase a more expensive model just to have it covered with yogurt and smashed banana inside of 3 months. I am pleased with this purchase.

Finally Found Our Sofa!
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Kath2 years agoI had been browsing for a new couch for 8 months before we finally landed on this one. I am very picky and had lots of criteria that needed met - affordable, fabric but not microfiber, medium gray in color, medium sized sectional for our apartment living room, reversible pillows, etc. When I saw this one in store I debated whether this was the one for about an hour with the kind sales associate. It just arrived a couple days ago, and I am SO happy we went with this sectional! It's size fits just ... fine in our place, the color is a perfect medium gray and blends with our decor, it's firm but not too firm which I'm happy about so it will hopefully last a long time, and the back cushions AND the bottom cushions are able to be flipped over. I LOVE it! I'm so happy Living Spaces came to Summerlin so we could find our perfect sectional after so many months of looking!

This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Denny3 weeks agoI purchased this sectional after owning a 9 year old similar Costco microfiber sectional. The Costco sectional was amazing and lived through 2 kids abuses. It has only been 3 weeks but I would say this unit will do at least that well. The sectional is well built and the material is tough. The cushions are firm and not attached to the couch bottom and back like our old set which presented a problem as the cushions would "pile" off center and there was no way to move the pile. I was in Costco 2 ... weeks ago and saw the same setup we purchased 9 years ago and it was $1300 in the same configuration with attached seats and backs. I didn't even consider it. So happy with this purchase.

We had to remove the front door, and force the couch through but after that the installation was a breeze, and the workers were in and out in minutes. As for the couch itself, it is very nice, with the exception of the difference of cushions in chaise vs couch are slightly different (purchased some plywood to put under chaise for uniformity) The couch is soooo comfortable I have nicknamed it “zquil Van winkle”

The fabric is very well made and the framework is strong lasting. I'm very pleased so far. They are wide enough that two people can fit laying down side by side for movie nights during cold seasons. I just had a house full of company over for Thanksgiving and I got plenty of compliments on looks and comfort, if you like a firm sectional then this is the one, the cushions are interchangeable so you can rotate them, I would highly recommend this sectional! Worth Every Penny
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.MsMae9 months agoI created a custom sectional of this sofa in the San Leandro store and if you have space you should too. There is a wedge corner option so someone can actually sit comfortably on the corner piece. Normal corner pieces don't have leg room between the ends of the sectional. There is also something called a cuddle chair which is a corner chair combined with a chaise lounge. Those pieces are the favorites in my household, but the sofa also has some other great features. I also chose the Bennett ... fabric because I'm not a microfiber fan and wanted something that would still feel cool during the summer months. The fabric is holding up very well even with my cat scratching in some areas. I'm not even a tall person (at 5'5") but I m loving the height and depth of the seat. This is definitely a sofa for tall people. What I also like about this sofa is that the cushions are nice and firm. This is a sign that I can get at least ten years out of this sofa.

We were initially attracted to this piece because of the price, but we ended up loving it even more than the comparable sectionals at 2x the price. Super soft & comfy, and the dark grey color goes with just about anything. It also came with the pattern throw pillows in the picture, which added the perfect matching element to go with our other pillows. Overall, amazing sectional!

Decent Purchase

However, we have had it about 3 weeks and I already see the imprints in the cushion where people have been sitting or where someone puts their feet up. I’m not sure how long it’s going to last before I will have to get the foam replace.

Thankfully everyone was honest. This is a great couch. You can't beat the price. It's solid, comfortable and large. It fits quite a few people comfortably. It was delivered same day and the delivery guys were quick, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. I like it so much I'm thinking of getting one for myself.

This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Leslie4 months agoThis sofa is beautiful and so comfortable. I custom ordered it in Platinum. Worth the wait to get the perfect color. The fabric has an extra lining added so it does not stretch and wrinkle. It so velvety yet thick and durable. The fill in the cushions are in bag so the hold thier shape well and cleaning is so easy. The seating has a firm foam wrapped in a over stuffed bag. It feels like down with a more support and bounce. Best of both worlds. I went the store twice to look at all the sectionals ... and this one, by far, was the best quality. The price is great too!

The price point was just right and, so far, I have no complaints about the quality. I chose the default tan fabric, but there are a handful you can chose from at no additional cost. All in all a great option for a small space!

Incredible reclining couch
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.David4 months agoRegardless of price. This is the best sofa we tested. Electric reclining feet and head. Cannot tell this is not real leather. It feels like some of the richest, expensive leather I've had in previous sofas. It does require a big room. It is also the only firm couch with excellent back support that we could find. We picked the oyster color and its beautiful.

Customized and happy

We had a microfiber chocolate colored sectional sofa before and with 2 dogs and a baby, we needed a better fabric that was easier to keep clean and wipe. We love the grey color and we love the fabric. It feels like real leather. We love how thick it is and isn't shiny like others that we read peel easily but is still easily wipeable if dog hair or anything gets on it. Its nice and soft and not too firm and not too plush. When you recline, the leg portion of each ... recliner feel so comfy on your legs. I've fallen asleep so many times already while breastfeeding my baby just cause I am so comfortable. We measured and put together the sofa to fit our living room perfectly. First time having a power recliner on a sofa, only thing I need to get use to is if I need to jump off the sofa, you can't really, you have to use the power and wait for the bottom leg portion to close. No big deal, but I've been so use to manual recliners and being able to just push them closed with my legs when I need to get up quickly so its been a bit of an adjustment. But the armless recliner only comes manually so I've actually been sitting there more often since I have a baby and tend to need to jump up quickly. Overall, completely happy with this couch!! Also bought the 2 large pillows from Living Spaces that are pictured.

Fantastic couch
This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.Interiorenthusiast3 months agoGreat deal, great service, and great quality. We have a small space under 1,000 sq footage but we love to entertain. This sectional fits just right while providing maximum amount of seating possible. Super comfortable and large enough for two to sprawl out completely and seats 4-5 comfortably. I’ve taken many naps on it and it’s probably where my overnight guest are going prefer sleeping over the futon or pull out bed.

I did read tons of reviews from all other customers who purchased. I did tons of shopping online and around in stores and finally came to a decision and purchased this sectional. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase, only thing I would say is that the fabric material that sofa is made out of could possibly be Somewhat scratchy/itchy at first to those who have sensitive skin. I thought this is going to be a problem ... for me and for staying on received it but less than a week the fabric started soften up and material is no issue at all:)

This reviewer rated product 5 out of 5 stars.vince3 months agoThe seats are deep 30 inches, also it's almost 12 feet long ( 11'8"). Plenty of room to kick back, and the chaise is 58" across plenty of room for two. It fits through the standard 36" door way easily MFG. says 30" min. but I say 32" min. It is firm but I'm sure over time it will soften up and it's made in the USA. A+ 5 stars !!!!

I love it. The brown wasn't for me- I have a beachy type home. My boyfriend and I love a good chase lounge. This one easily fits two people. It's SUPER COMFY. The pillows are soft and cozy- I love it.

They brought it up and installed it quickly. It was delivered in just a day or two. It looks huge in my condo but totally worth it. It is comfortable and clean. Anything was an upgrade from my two other couches so my comfort rating on this couch is all relative - but I would recommend to anyone who isnt in the budget of 1000s of dollars, this was a great purchase

Great couch for a great price

We looked at Ikea first and we weren't really finding anything that we loved that was also in our somewhat limited budget. We decided to give this store a try and we picked out this couch and had it delivered that very same day. I think we got a great deal on it. The couch we'd originally considered buying at ikea was surprisingly more expensive and not as nice. We've only had it a few weeks but so far we've loved it!

Great Quality, But Customer Service Was Okay at Best

However, it took three days past delivery time to get us all of the parts needed for the couch, employees weren't communicating with other employees, and were rude to us when we weren't home within a time frame that we weren't aware of. Overall, it was a great purchase but I would not recommend the home delivery aspect.

Very comfortable

I put a pillow under me before I sit and that helps

I couldn't be happier with the process. I originally tried to purchase a couch form Jerome's and they were pushy and rude. Complete opposite of my experience here.

I blended the midcentury look of this piece with my family antiques, and a boho rug. It's the perfect size for my space, and gives a BIG shot of color. Plus it's super comfortable. I like that the chaise can be switched to either side, making it very versatile. This room is going to be my favorite spot once I'm done piecing it together.
