HeadboardChoosing a headboard for your bed? Follow these tips for easy shopping:
- Measure. Look for the measurements of the headboard (you can find these listed in the product details) to get a sense of how high the headboard will sit above your bed.
- Mount. Check to see if your bed is “standard,” a.k.a. compatible with a headboard. If your bed comes with mounting brackets or a frame with headboard receivers, you’re good to go. (All headboards here are compatible with standard bedframes.)
- Anticipate dirt. Know that headboards bring statement style more than any other bed type – but with great style comes great responsibility. Owning a headboard means that the natural oils from your hair, along with micro dust and dirt particles floating in the air, will probably end up on it. Get ahead of a ‘grimy’ look by planning out a cleaning maintenance schedule. (We recommend vacuuming up an upholstered headboard every few weeks or so.)
Headboards Compatible With Adjustable Bases
These headboards work with adjustable bases, as long as the adjustable base comes equipped with the corresponding headboard brackets and equipment.
