The Living Spaces Professional Development Program (PDP) is designed to provide a valuable and unique 24-month rotational career opportunity. Within a select department, each candidate will have an immersive experience as they learn multiple roles and job functions.  

By the end of the program, our goal is that each PDP Team Member has the essential leadership skills and meaningful work experience to be placed in permanent role to support their career aspirations.
