Limited Warranty

Living Spaces will be happy to assist you in determining if your claim is covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please contact Living Spaces at 877-266-7300 with any questions regarding the limited manufacturer warranty for your specific item.

Upholstery (Sofa, Loveseat, Chair, Sectional, Ottoman, etc...)
Frames – 7 years on average
Springs – 5 years on average
Seams – 1 year
Fabric – 1 year
Leather – 1 year
Cushions – 1 year
Recliner mechanisms – 1 year
Sleeper mechanism – 1 year

*** Scratches, gouges, stains, heat marks, water marks, imprints, ink, marker, abuse, neglect, settling of cushions, shrinkage, wrinkling of fabric and normal wear are not covered under any warranty. Living Spaces assumes no responsibility for fabric that is replaced as dye lots vary. Living Spaces reserves the right to replace any fabric part but does not guarantee an exact match as dye lots do vary.

Wood products (Tables, chairs, china tops, buffets, dressers, nightstands, chests, etc…)
All come with a one year (1 year) warranty against defects in workmanship.

Mattresses (Mattresses, box springs and foundations)
Although Living Spaces will honor any claim deemed to be a manufacturing defect, Living Spaces does not evaluate mattresses, box springs, or foundations. If you think you may have an issue with your mattress, box spring, or foundation then Living Spaces can request an evaluation for you for a nominal fee. An independent inspection company will be dispatched to your home once the fee is secured.

Limited Warranty Summary
If your claim is determined to have a manufacturing issue, Living Spaces reserves the right to exercise one of the options listed below at its sole discretion. a. Service the item in our service shop b. Service the item in your home if applicable c. Replace any part or parts of the item It is your responsibility to transport the item to our Service Center if service is required. Please contact our Customer Service department for assistance in filing a claim and additional details on the claims process. If needed, Living Spaces can pick up your merchandise for service for a nominal fee. Living Spaces does offer an IN-HOME evaluation service if needed for a nominal fee. Please contact our Customer Service department for details and fees for evaluations in your home.
