How can I file a warranty claim?
- Contact our Customer Service department at 877-266-7300. Our Warranty Service Representatives will assist you in determining if your claim is covered.
What is the difference between the manufacturers warranty and Guardian warranty?
- The manufacturer’s warranty protects against defects in craftsmanship of the merchandise for a predetermined amount of time. See Limited Warranty summary for details.
- The Guardian protection warrantees your purchase against accidents. ***See details on the warranty certificate for specific coverage information.
How can I register my Guardian Protection Plan?
- You can visit www.guardianproducts.net and follow the instructions to register your plan or you can call 1-800-527-8487.
- Living Spaces offers an in-home evaluation for a nominal fee. If technician determines that he can service the unit at the time of the visit, he will service the unit. However, if unit cannot be serviced in-home and the claim is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty you will need to transport your merchandise to the nearest Service Center if authorized by Warranty Service.
Can I bring my merchandise in for service?
- You must have an open claim and authorization from our Warranty Service team prior to transporting your merchandise to your Service Center.
- If the claim is covered under the manufactures warranty, parts and labor are offered at no charge to you within the first year of ownership.
- After the first year of ownership, parts only are covered during the warranty period if the claim is covered under the manufactures warranty. Labor charges do apply and are your responsibility. Contact our Customer Service department for labor rates.
- If the claim is not covered under the manufactures warranty or the warranty period has expired, Living Spaces may still offer service. However, parts and labor charges do apply and are your responsibility. Contact our Customer Service department for labor rates and parts quotes.
- Living Spaces may offer a pick up of the merchandise for a fee. Contact our Customer Service department for rates on picking up merchandise for service.
